Bad Diaries Salon
In a Word for Word Festival first, we wrap up this year’s Festival with a very special event.
The Bad Diaries Salon was established mid-2017 with a call out on Twitter – were there any writers who still had their old, bad teenage diaries, and would they be prepared to read them live?
The response was overwhelming.
At this special closing session, four special guests; master storyteller William McInnes, YA author Sue Lawson, award-winning broadcaster Joel Carnegie and writer and editor Jo Case will share their terrible, joyous, hilarious and heart-breaking words written by their younger selves.
Tickets include light refreshments and are strictly limited so book early to avoid disappointment.
