The Festival book sales will be operated from a pop-up outlet on the ground floor of the Geelong Library and Heritage Centre. The Festival program takes place over the weekend of Friday 19 and Sunday 21 November 2021. The Festival Bookshop is required to open during the following times:
Friday 19 November 5pm – 9pm
Saturday 20 November 9am – 5.30pm
Sunday 21 November 9am – 5pm
The bookseller will be solely responsible for set-up and pack-up of the pop-up outlet. Set-up will be available from 12pm Thursday 18 November, and pack-up post festival from 5pm Sunday 21 November.
A minimum of two staff are required at the outlet for the duration of the event.

What avenues would your business utilise to promote the Festival? Please indicate audience reach, e.g. eNewsletter subscriber numbers, social media followers, etc. for your business?
The appointed Festival Bookseller will provide a reconciliation of the total books sold and will provide to the Festival organisers a 10% commission on the total books sold.
